PRICING POLICY:

The price for the products will be the price indicated on your Invoice, on the date of purchase.

All purchase prices are in the currency of the buyers’ choice and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs vary according to country Free Delivery is not available for orders delivered outside the UK.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

How much will I pay for postage and packing?

Standard delivery to the UK is free of charge, Delivery costs to all other destinations, are payable by you as indicated on your Invoice.

 

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery address when you place your order.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, Europe, USA, and the rest of the world. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

How long does standard delivery to the UK take?

Please allow 3 to 5 days (excluding Sundays) for delivery of your order.

 

How long does standard delivery outside UK take?

You can usually expect to receive your goods within 7 working days of order placement.

 

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Delivery to International addresses may take longer than 7 days.

 

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time a delivery is attempted our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Simply follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.

 

How can I track my order?

For Domestic and international Courier Orders you should be able to track your order within 24 hours of the order dispatch email being sent to you.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery of your order. A signature may be required for delivery and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

International Delivery

PURCHASE POLICIES:

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. The following additional restrictions apply to these returns:

If you are a consumer and have purchased faulty products, you should return them as soon as possible after discovery of the fault. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. If investigation reveals the products as sold were faulty, ASL Ltd will replace them or provide you with a full refund. All refunds under this Policy will be made using the original payment method. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

 

EXPORT NOTICE

WOWee products are subject to export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

 

SALES POLICIES

In addition to all Purchase Policies stated above, the following additional policies apply to WOWee sales and the purchase and use of a WOWee is subject to terms and conditions. In addition, by making this purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within England or Wales and the laws of England and Wales will apply.
